REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

No Exchanges or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any items, including pre-orders.

Why?

Our items are custom-sourced and prepared specifically for each order. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we begin fulfilling your purchase.

Damaged or Defective items

While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your items arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos 

We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is due to our error

this exception applies only to items that are damaged in transit or have manufacturing defects
